Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be legally competent to form a binding contract. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

License & Use of Content

• Upon successful order completion, students receive access to the enrolled courses for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use, subject to any course-specific availability window stated on the course page.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, record, scrape, or make derivative works from course materials unless expressly permitted in writing.

User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain ethical behavior and must not:

• Violate Indian laws, including but not limited to the IT Act, 2000.
• Publish or distribute harmful, defamatory, infringing, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, data, or underlying infrastructure.
• Cheat on assessments, interfere with the learning experience of others, or misuse discussion/Q&A features.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content—including course materials, text, video, code, logos, graphics, and branding—is the intellectual property of Edukatt.com or its licensors (including instructors). No rights are granted except the limited license set out above. Unauthorized use or reproduction may lead to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may change from time to time. Any applicable taxes are added as required by law.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card or UPI details on our servers.
• You agree not to make fraudulent or unauthorized payment attempts. We may suspend access for suspected fraud or payment disputes.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may lead to immediate course access suspension and account review.

Enrollment & Course Delivery

• Course access is granted immediately upon successful enrollment (subject to payment confirmation).
• Edukatt.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Some features may require an active internet connection and compatible devices/software.

Enrollment & Refund Policy

Refunds may be available in line with consumer protection laws or our published policy. Requests must be made to support@edukatt.com with your order ID.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or features. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate terms.

Disclaimers

The Services, including all content and features, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Educational content does not constitute professional advice and outcomes may vary by learner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edukatt.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Services.

In any event, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the course(s) giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months prior to the event first giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or as required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IPR, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edukatt.com and its affiliates, officers, and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Amendments to Terms

Edukatt.com may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us; if not resolved, the courts specified above will have jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control.
